Guidelines

  • Application forms must be accessed, completed and submitted online.
  • Criteria of eligibility and number of scholarships offered may vary each year. Below are the criteria for 2023–24.

High School Scholarships

The High School Scholarship is for seniors graduating from a Benton County high school or who live in Benton County. They must plan to attend OSU full-time or have full-time dual enrollment in the Degree Partnership Program of LBCC and OSU with at least 6 credits per term at OSU in the academic year 2022-23. 

The principal criterion for this award is academic merit.

Current or Returning Undergraduate Students

The Current or Returning Undergraduate Scholarship is for Oregon resident undergraduates enrolled at Oregon State University with at least 6 credits per term in the academic year 2023-24.

Principal criteria are financial need and academic merit.


The OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop Foundation, a 501(c) (3) organization, offers scholarships to Benton County high school graduates and non-traditional women who will attend Oregon State University in the fall. These scholarships are made possible by the work of the OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop in Corvallis.
