Thank you for checking in on the status of the OSU Thrift Shop. Due to our demographics, OSU Thrift Shop volunteers are at greater risk from the coronavirus than the average population. Many have been advised to stay home. As a precaution, the store will not reopen for several more months. We will post our opening dates as soon as it is safe to reopen. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in keeping our community safe!
Update: We are excited to share the OSU Thrift Shop is planning for a “soft” reopening later this spring. The exact date will be determined with consideration of State mandated protocols for businesses, and the safety of our volunteers and customers. During the reopening, the Shop will be open two days a week for sale of donated items. No consignments will be accepted during the soft reopening.
Please watch this page for additional details. Also, visit Facebook Marketplace (search FCTS), Etsy, and the windows at the Shop for items currently offered for sale. As always, thank you for your ongoing support of the OSU Thrift Shop. (Tuesday, January 12, 2021)
Due to the length of time that we will be closed, we are in the process of contacting all of our consignors who have current inventory in the OSU Thrift Shop.
We have several consignors whom we have not been able to reach due to inactive phone numbers. If you are a consignor and have not heard from us, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Please state your name, consignor # and whether you would like to withdraw your items or prefer to donate them. We will be in touch with you to make arrangements.
Stay healthy and check back here or on Facebook for further updates.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Wishing you all continued good health,
The OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop Volunteers
